Cats & Roses is Chinese cosmetic brand available in Watson's (a personal care store similar to Walgreen's in the USA) across Shanghai. Although it is priced as low end, drug store products, it certainly has a look that says "high end department store". The company has obviously put a lot of effort into it's packaging and branding in hopes of attracting girls like me who will fall head over heels for the cute cats and gorgeous roses.

Their product line up includes BB and CC creams, eyeliner, mascara, eye shadows, powder, blush, lip sticks and lip glosses. All their products feature soft pinks and lilacs and are decorated with fleur de lis swirls.
